HQ Thoughts: "This movie is all mental, so don't expect too much of a gory story line. The directors have made it possible for the viewer to creep into the mind frame of a severely damaged woman, apparently by the hands of her now deceased father.

The main question of the film is whether or not her father's ghost has come back to continue wreaking havoc on her or is she clearly a sadistic drug addict reliving her horrible past on her own? Everything in her path crumbles as she witnesses more and more ghostly figures and violent entities.

I love a dark, cerebral film that keeps you guessing and Lovely Molly doesn't fall short with the questions throughout the film and at the end. Are her attacks hallucinations, as it is associated with psychosis  and schizophrenia or is her dead tormenter on her back- again?

My only wonder is why she took the house in the first place, this film takes me places I wasn't ready to go and Gretchen Lodge gave a more than impressive performance as a very disturbed Molly, KUDOS!. It's a good watch!"

HQ Thoughts: "Based on the video game, this is supposed to serve as a prequel to the overall story of what Silent Hill is. Heather has constant nightmares about the main figures in this series and soon discovers that she too is connected in some way.

After her father disappears, she goes on the quest to find him and runs into trouble like Pyramid Head and the sick Nurses, which I might add, was probably the most appealing part of the movie for me. 

The graphics are cool and the acting could have offered more validity but overall it's a good continuation of the other Silent Hill's we have been subjected to."

HQ Thoughts: "As tribute to the Ju-On brand created by Takashi Shimizu, this 1-hr short is the scarier of 2 stories meant to intertwine and come full circle.

As we all know, all Ju-On's are based on grudges that manages to creep back and get it's revenge. This is the story of the Woman in White, it's based on a young woman named Akane who is baffled by the consistent sightings of a little girl who has on the same gear as she did when she was younger.

Starting out in an unnerving fashion (for me at least), the story is super complex for a short; incorporating several different people in the town by showing their (albeit, very minor) connection with the overall concept and the family involved. 

Akane starts to assess the impact that these visions have on her and realizes that the little girl is a very, very familiar figure from her past, as each member of the family manages to have a connection with everyone in some fashion.

I enjoyed this immensely, honest scares, very dark and creepy. I like the idea, always did. Loved this."
