I knew what Takashi Miike was capable of because I have posted one of his many classics before (see: Ichi The Killer) but WOW I never thought that he would go to the extreme as to find every possible deviant dysfunction that could occur in a family and tie it into this explosive directive.
Extreme in the sense of a little necro, drug usage, murder, incest, etc, etc.... It's ACTUALLY considered a very, very dark comedy. (And yes, you will laugh!) I'm certainly impressed by the room for experimentation and freedom of speech and artistry in other parts of the world.
By the looks of the trailer, not much can be shown without rating it XXX so, hats off to Mr. Miike for not giving 2 flying fucks about what he puts on film to entertain. Kudos!!!
